The problem is, even though it is a misssionary tool, its a school thing. The

church isn't going to use church donations to further football. The majority of members would have a problem with that. I think it is up to BYU to gather and use THEIR money, not the Church. Now we could have a discussion on BYU spending more money on football, but I just don't think the church is an option.
