What does CB think? Who's already overrated on this poll? My picks:
ND - perennially overrated
USC - Been overrated first half of the season every time the last 4 or 5 years. They will not stay in top 10.
UCLA - because they will drop after BYU beats them, obviously
Boise - They will stay ranked but will be overrated
Tennessee - How long has it been since they've REALLY had a good team? Since Peyton Manning? Everyone wants them to be good every year but every year they aren't.
TCU and Baylor - Probably both top 15, but I seem them not being top 5 at seasons end.
