...I know Neilson didn't have a spectacular freshman season but considering he was just a freshman and hadn't played ball in nearly 3 yrs I thought he showed some flashes of ability despite inconsistent playing time. I think we'd have been better off to keep Neilson and tell Shaw to make other plans (I know that sounds like a crummy thing to do) but after reading this description of him, it's hard to imagine him panning out at all. Neilson at least contributed a little this past season.
