They won more in the MWC than Utah did, with inferior recruiting classes, won more titles, more games, and didn't lose to every single team in the MWC, unlike Utah, who lost to UNLV, Wyoming, and New Mexico. Of course...Utah has already accomplished the goal of losing to the worst teams in the PAC, giving Colorado its first road win in four years and losing to WSU...

Every reason to believe BYU would finish consistently ahead of Utah in the PAC, just like they did in the MWC.
