Probably best to approach it from best case/worst case scenario

Best case - Taysom Hill returns to high-level production and stays healthy, BYU's defense gels and does enough to help the team finish 3rd.

Worst case - Taysom goes down with another injury and the defense isn't capable of keeping PAC12 offenses in check. BYU finishes 7th behind a slightly resurgent Colorado.

Usually things tend to fall somewhere in between.
