IIRC, BSU has wrestling there because there is no other conference in the west that still has men's wrestling at a D1 level. Allowing them to compete in their conference for wrestling is quite different from inviting the school to be a full member, or even a football member. If the $$$ makes sense, they may still do it, nothing is impossible. I just think it fairly unlikely
