This is just a small sample of some of the many nutty things he's said or expressed:
I'm sure there are other winners I'm not thinking of off the top of my head. In fairness maybe he knows another doozy of a game that's still in the works for 2017. Based on the current performance of schools like LSU, Miss St, etc it's not too far off from this year with Nebraska, UCLA, Michigan and Missouri. Both schedules have Boise St and Utah St.
- he nominated Nick Howell twice for the Broyles Award as the nation's best assistant coach (including last season)
- he said he'd ice the Memphis kicker again on the PAT if he had to do it again.
- he said Brandon Doman was the finest QB coach in college football
- he said his system is perfect
