This is college football. All of those teams could be "rebuilding." BTW, Nebraska isn't really rebuilding. They just got a new coach. Same with Michigan. They have talent and shouldn't be "rebuilding" as much as it might seem. It's not even close to when Harbaugh took over Stanford.
LSU hasn't been impressive for a while. Utah will probably have a soph QB, a fairly new OL, lose a bunch of defensive guys, etc. We'll see where MSU is with an extra year between then and losing Prescott.
Absolutely no guarantee any of those 3 will be any good in 2017.
