B12 has been mostly reactionary instead of proactive. That's not how you survive in a competitive environment. You need to do all you can, not just "enough," and I think trying to find the right teams to make it 14 would accomplish that and save some headaches down the road.

If I were a decision maker there I'd personally go for BYU, Cincy, and two of BSU, CSU, UCF or Houston.
