RE: 1 lab is a lot of work for a first dog. 2 would be pretty nuts.
Poo Poo is right. That is the biggest problem with dogs. (Labs have a lot going for them, ours was an outdoor dog). Great walking buddy. Lots of energy, and will chew up things.
