we finally banned a patient's emotional support dog from our clinic. She had just printed off a certificate she found on the web, and it was decided that didn't qualify the dog. The dog wasn't trained in any way and so it would wander off or pee on the floor. It was so bad.

I appreciate that some people have legitimate needs for service animals, and out of respect for them, there needs to be more differentiation between their dogs and these phonies.
