in past at a much smaller level. If you are backing up 42 GB of data from the phone, that is going to take a loooooong time the first time. My guess is that it has never completed a full backup because it was interrupted before it finished (leave the house, go off wifi, etc) and so that is why you have partial/incomplete. I would delete the partial/incomplete, because the phone is trying to only update the new information, but because they are partial/incomplete it is struggling to determine what needs to be updated in the backup. Then try and have it backup to the cloud once you have removed the partials. You might have to let it sit at home for a couple hours for it to back up all that data. Then hopefully it will begin to work as it will only be updating incrementally.
