so when I made it past that this time I got excited and the support person ended the chat. After showing that there was 7 minutes remaining in the backup, it started going up. I checked one time and it said there were 46 minutes remaining in the backup, and then the next time I checked it was stuck on "Estimating time remaining" again. So I'm betting this one will fail too.
