Looks like that might have done the trick (signing out and back in to icloud on
phone). It got past the "Estimating time remaining..." and now says I have 8 minutes remaining to complete the backup.
Which really makes me wonder, what are they backing up, cuz with my crappy upstream bandwidth you can't send all that much in 8 minutes.
