Honestly, after my experience with this company, I don't think the 1-star reviewers are exaggerating. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. I am also seriously considering a refinance. But I have been considering jumping to a 15 year mortgage anyway, so that may be the excuse I need to go through the trouble of refinancing.
