This videos are being made because people don't trust the cops, and honestly,
the cops aren't doing much to improve that.
Groups like Cop Block or PINAC do go out on "First Amendment Audits" where they intentionally try to provoke the police, but I think it still serves a useful purpose of showing the lines that police may cross that lead to public mistrust. Hopefully it can be a tool to help the police to regain some of that trust.
