Yeah, lot's of Wazzu friends and family that were surprised Brett broke ranks
and went to Boise State over Wazzu. There are also some Rypien family connections to UW, through marriage. The general consensus was that he would stay in State.
Both Washington schools, Arizona State, Oregon State, and Mississippi State offered. And he goes with Boise.
