Utah has a serious identity issue from the plagiarized U sign to the "Welcome to Pac12 country" to Pac12 signs littering downtown SLC. Your real mascot is a mystery; your history/heritage is summed up in "Yay, we got into the Pac12". I'd happily laud anybody who puts a "Sugar Bowl Champion 09" sticker on their car, but "Pac12 country" isn't a brand, it's an admittance that Utah's identity begins and ends there.
