embarrassing.

Crowton has a very innovative mind and can create great plays. His problem is he's a bad coordinator/coach. He's been known to call plays he didn't have his team practice. I think a lot of you guys forget just how disjointed our offense looked from '02 to '04. The highlights are amazing. The problem was there was a whole ton of crap between each highlight play.

I think Crowton would be great as a consultant, just not as a coach.
