like to do some photo editing. She also uses it to create and/or edit visual aids for her calling (she is the Primary Chorister and takes her calling seriously). She does some document editing/photo editing for friends as kind of a hobby to not go crazy at home with our 2 year old. She'll probably also Facebook and email on it.

If it was ONLY for Facebook and email, I'd just let her use her phone.
