He needs to be able to recognize defenses and make correct calls. On top of that, Tejan is an excellent blocker and the guy behind him is not. It is a wide gap. So if Tejan goes down, our next option doesn't read defenses as well and doesn't block nearly as well. That would be a HUGE difference.
