I know there is a free tier on amazon aws. For free they will let you set up the smallest little instance. I want to play around with some of the different devop tools. I know that Google Gives you $300 dollars and allows you to do most things in the first 60 days, if you use less than $300 bucks. I know Microsoft Azure has a pretty similar trial. Amazon is the most popular and quite possible the best service. However, their trial leaves a lot to be desired. I really want to test SaltStack and Chef Configuration Management tools to bring up Multiple servers (10 + servers) Does anybody know a way to get a little more out of the Amazon trial? I would do the google one, but I really need to get familiar with amazons. Is there maybe a developer version, or a student version? TIA
