Michigan is more talented and has better coaches

Just a question of whether they've had those coaches long enough to be better-coached.

Harbaugh beat USC in October of his first year at Stanford, and then he had only a fraction of the talent USC did. Of course he did lose to 8 different teams that first year . . .
