No they aren't. Not this year anyway.

Michigan is still 2-3 years away from being anything close to great. They are dreadful on offense. Their QB play is subpar for NCAA. They will have to win games with outstanding defense.

I do think the Utah-Michigan game will be low scoring. Utah wins at home. hard to see otherwise. Michigan is rebuilding after some crappy Hoke years.
