I believe there are currently three.
About a year ago when working through the process, there were only three listed in the main sets of literature, and looking again, it appears to be three. There may be some subsets to the three, though.

My son has the one that is non-hyperactive as well. Medications can help in various scenarios but are not the answer in each one. This is why it is so important to read up and understand, and then work with your "support group" (psychologists, counselors, and pediatricians).
