I would probably put utah a bit lower on the pac12 pecking order list especially if Cal, Washington, and Colorado get the programs going again. I'd probably only list utah above Wash St and maybe Oregon St.

BYU, on the other hand, would be a bit higher on the Big12 list if we could get invited. I'd think we'd likely be a more attractive destination than Iowa St, Kansas, Kansas St, Texas Tech, WV and possibly Baylor and Oklahoma St for many recruits. We wouldn't have to contend with the nice weather/location combinations that the utes have to. Now ... just need to get invited.
