School district is not very good unless you have kids with special needs. The better schools are in the Walnut creek school district. The advantage of a few neighborhoods near in Concord- Walnut creek schools, some newer HOA communities, Concord home prices.

If your job is near a BART station you can ride it to Oakland from multiple stops in Brentwood, Pittsburg, Concord, Danville, san Ramon, Castro valley etc.
