As a rule, you stink.

You're inconsiderate, lazy, arrogant, lying, scofflaws. Exceptions are rare, and scarcity proves this rule.

Since a huge majority of you are Mormons, professing to be good Christians, I will add this:

Have you ever heard of the Golden Rule? You know, the New Testament, straight from Christ's mouth to your ears?

Do unto others, ring a bell?

Specifically, to the renters that punched a hole in the wall, freaks out about me not fixing things even though you didn't report them to me, ran off to Canada just leaving a note saying you can't pay the next 3 months of rent, not paying rent (even though your dad is a millionaire) because "I just want to stick it to you", getting in fights in the parking lot, smoking in your room, moving out while leaving food in pots on the stove, calling the FBI about some wild conspiracy theory involving bugs and mold (neither of which were there), somehow getting a FORK STUCK IN THE SINK DRAIN, turning the heater off (despite expressly being told otherwise) during Christmas break so the pipes freeze and burst. While counting your NCMOs, hope that you never rent to a person such as yourself!
