In seriousness, there is a problem with the exec salaries vrs the corp.

I've been in plenty of corps where the execs fly in for a year, or two. Start to implement the latest buzz program, get some numbers to "justify" their Huge salaries, and then leave.

3 to 4 times is a little ridiculous, but there needs to be a better tie to the long term viability and profit of the company and exec compensation.
