I disagree. BYU may not be the best team in the nation, but it is pretty darn
good. I'd say worthy of a top 20 poll ranking and possibly top 10. After last weekend, I saw a lot of flaws in supposedly top 10 ten teams. I think this season will be bring a champion that has a loss much like last year. You may have teams in the playoffs that have 2 losses.

But, as was mentioned previously, when you lose your Heisman-hopeful QB who was the undisputed heart and soul of the team and who was replaced by a freshman QB...and you lose your top RB (and two of his backups), and your anchor on the DL and others...it's pretty hard to keep things going.

Imagine in 1996 if we had lost Sark first game of the year. How does that season play out? My guess is BYU loses at least 4 games that year. Or John Beck his Sr. year...or Hall? Oh and the top RB from each year?

The team is doing a fantastic job keeping things going in the right direction. I'm excited and still optimistic for the remainder of the season. GO COUGS!!
