There are too many opposing players on their feet during our returns. Both Kick-
off returns and punt returns are anemic. The more people who get knocked down, the better your changes of big gains.
I'm ok with not calling a fair catch when the coverage is 5 yards away, but when they are 3 feet away you had better have called a fair catch. This will cost us at some point.
This is probably the worst KO and PR production in many years.
