I know they added Tampa, Florida, Arizona and Colorado within a few years period, but that seems like such a long time ago.

I'd rather do away with divisions. Top 4 teams from each league go to playoffs.

Honestly, I'd add two teams to go to 32 and then divide to 8, 4-team divisions
