Cougar Club has got to step up it's game
Two years ago I joined the CC after a hiatus. I figured I wanted to get priority seating and a few other small perks. I donated via the website and waited. And waited. And waited. Nothing happened. After a month or two, I called them and asked what was going on, and asked if I should get some kind of thank you or package with my stuff or what. They apologized and said that my stuff was right there and they would do it ASAP.

Fast forward to a month or so after that, and I still hadn't seen anything. I was pretty upset - not at missing out on the little bennies that are provided, but rather the whole non-acknowledgement and how my donation was pretty much ignored. I wrote a few strongly worded emails and I was contacted by a few of the higher-ups who made things right immediately. Lots of apologies and talk about how this shouldn't have happened and how it wouldn't happen again.

Well, I let my membership lapse for a year or so, then about a month ago I decided to join again (when Tom sent out the whole 'this is what we've done to improve' email). This time I joined at a higher level than before.

I still haven't heard or seen anything from them. It's a relatively small thing, but it bothers me. I think we should do better.

If BYU and the Cougar Club want my money in the future, they need to act like it's important to them. I shouldn't have to send emails and ask for my parking pass and whatever else comes with it. That should have been in the mail the next day. I sent an email this morning asking for an update and we'll see what happens.
