I agree that the numbers are helped out by big plays in the first two games, but that doesn't dismiss that our players stepped up to make plays. You could view it as their defenses making mistakes in coverage, which means that we executed better doesn't it?
And to be clear I wasn't beating my chest about the offense this year, just saying that we've done pretty well given our predictable offensive play calls.
