The way the rule is written now it's sort of guilty until proven innocent. This is very unamerican. It's called American football for crying loud out. Let's make it American! If a player is penalized for targeting don't eject said player until after a video review shows he maliciously targeted. This is much better than ejecting him and looking at the video and saying, "The play stands"....
