Grass in Michigan/Indiana etc etc is great in September and part of October, but not so much when it gets cold. ND's field was a mess in November. And they probably got sick of having to replace the turf every season.

BYU is in a bit of a tweener location. Which is why they are so careful with not painting it too much and really babying the field.

Amateur is also our field vs. Utah State last year. We don't get that a lot

RES turf wore out prematurely, that's why they're changing it already.
