I started out asking $400 a month. Each time a roommate didn't try to negotiate
I raised my asking price a hundred dollars.
Neither of my two roommates blinked at my $600 a month asking price so when they leave I will be asking for $700 a month.
Each room is fully furnished including TV, Blue-ray player, and mini fridge.
