After the game his first concern after a big win is, 'crap, I don't want one of these guys to get an HC violation this weekend." That has to be a constant and ever-present concern for him. No other coach in the nation makes a speech like that after a win. They don't have to. While I'm not a Bronco apologist, his job is very, very hard.
