There are so many policies that just do not make any sense, and are only in place because it is the status quo.
No caffeine on campus is Pharisaical. The church has been vocal the past few years about caffeine not being against the WOW. There are aspects of the honor code that need to be adjusted, and the policy of being expelled if leaving the church. I loved my experience at BYU, but these types of things drove me nuts.
