While the attendance at any Game Day will be overwhelmingly comprised of fans from the home team with a smattering of visiting fans. the fact is that fans from other schools, even the host school's rival, show up at every Game Day.

Just because you think it is lame, doesn't make it so.

Frankly, I think it is lame for anybody to go to these shows. They'll spend 10 minutes talking about your game, and spend the rest of the time talking about the SEC.

However, I'm not lame enough to go on a rival's board and try to preach my gospel of lameness to them.
