I know most of you Jazz fans won't agree, but I am not sure
the Jazz make the playoffs this year. I like what they are doing, but Exum needs(ed) to be a superstar. Obviously he isn't playing this year and I don't think he will ever become a Superstar.

The West if just so tough:

Clearly Better:
Warriors
Spurs
Clippers
Grizzlies
Rockets
Thunder (assuming they stay healthy)

Better in my opinion:
Pelicans -a new coach will help Davis even more, he will be the best player on the planet within 3 years... does he take that step this year?
Mavericks -I think adding Deron Williams to his hometown team will help a squad that won 50 games a year ago. Before Rondo they were the talk of the NBA and then Rondo sent the team spiraling downward (although again they still won 50 games)

You might watch out for:
Timberwolves -yes I know they won 16 games a year ago, but they now have Wiggins and and Towns to go along with solid pieces in Rubio, Garnett, Prince, Miller, Martin, Levine and Jones)
Lakers (-Completely different team, arguably their 5 best players didn't play last year in Kobe, Artest, Randle, Russell and Hibbert
Suns -added Tyson Chandler to a team that won 39 games a year ago... I don't think they will make the playoffs but they have been a solid team for the last few years
Kings -they actually have some nice pieces in Cousins, Cauley-Stein, Mclemore, Collison, Gay, little Stockton and Curry (I just put those last two in for fun)

That only leaves one team that I am 99.99% confident that you will better than:
Nuggets: Only in year 1 of what needs to be a full rebuild (they seem hesitant to pull the trigger on rebuilding as they recently extended Chandler and Gallinari)
