I'm not recommending Germany's approach, I'm just saying it is not absurd to consider making it harder to go to college but making it free. Does college the way it is set up now really help people very much?

The smart rich kids will be smart and rich regardless and the not smart, not rich will have average jobs regardless. There are a lot of ways to skin a cat.
