the bishop and the student. In almost every case the HC office is either not aware or defers to the bishop.

Sometimes what happened is so well known that the HC office must take action. This is offen the case with student/athletes.

I don't believe the HC office is anywhere near perfect but some of what I read on CB doesn't jive with my experience.

Students turning in other students is a different discussion and not addressed here.
