I’d probably take Taysom as a freshman over freshman Tanner, but
to also give me year of experience for Taysom? I don’t think it’s close.

Taysom’s legs change what a defense can do and I’m not sure traditional BYU fans who are used to having the ball thrown all over the place appreciate that very much.

Also, it seems to me that you're trying to play opposite sides of the coin, saying 2013 offense was mediocre at best (which includes a very poor O-line) and a Freshman that looked lost against Michigan (hard to put it all on him). It’s not fair to put the bad offensive performance at Michigan all on Tanner, but be consistent and acknowledge that a big part of the 2013 offense problems weren’t necessarily because of Taysom’s accuracy issues.

If fact, let me turn the question around to you? Who do you think has a better overall record leading the 2013 team? Freshman Tanner or Sophomore Taysom?
