The direct western sun while moving in and out of the trees was extremely dangerous. I was concerned about not being able to see another car or missing a turn. Knowing I was sharing the road with bikers made the whole drive white-knuckled. My speeds were very low and I took the turns even slower, but was still surprised by at least one biker.
