I have called this out previously, but

IMO, the administration at BYU or in the AD, has made a conscious decision to maximum ticket revenue v. maximize attendance. The pricing changes since independence is clearly part of the reason attendance is down, but I also believe the HD, big screen, home comfort is also a big part as well.

It is why the at stadium experience must improve. Starting with replays.

Allow people to bring food in, don't charge for parking, cheap tickets, etc.
