You don't really want deficits too late in games to be included in this stat
My guess is the earlier in the game the deficit occurs the higher the probability of a comeback. If you include "any time" during the game that includes garbage time TDs by an offense. If the idea is to highlite prob a comeback there has to be a sufficient amount of time to orchestrate said comeback.
