We are looking at leaving Utah and curious to find out where you would move under the following conditions. I work from home so can live really anywhere.

1. We are more loners and not social than extroverts. Rural living is acceptable but need to be within 75 miles of a "major" airport. I'd like some land (1-5 acres).
2. Home affordability is ~750K.
3. Can't be Utah or Georgia.
4. I like greenery, trees, hilly terrain.
5. Does not need to be near water or coast, but would be a plus.
6. Commute is irrelevant.
7. I despise golf, but love music and shredding.
8. Kids. They must like it there.
9. Less conservative folks, the better.
