Remember when that lawyer, a BYU grad, pushed for a playoff?
He had a website, he was suing people, raising all kinds of ruckus, we got the play off, and we're still left out.
This is just my guess, but I bet the AD is doing everything you mentioned and has been for the last five years (maybe with the exception of hiring a lobbyist). We got a lot of games with the pack 12 in the future, but I don't think A scheduling agreement is missing for lack of effort.
