I went to a playoff game, several years ago, and 20% of the arena were wearing Kobe or Shaq jerseys. I got into a little trouble for saying something on Facebook like:

"If the United States ever wanted to invade Mexico, right now might be an ideal time, because I'm pretty sure half of their population is currently at the Delta Center- and they're all wearing Lakers jerseys."
